KCG - Goggins Transport

Still waiting on money from last December - Shawn @ KCG is in with Jim Goggins of Goggins Transport - don't give Goggins credit either. They are Uncle and nephew. Shawn says Goggins didn't pay him for our load so he is not responsible for paying us - contacted Goggins and told him to pay - said he is nearly closing up because Quebecor was his biggest customer and they went bankrupt. We will most likely be taking KCG and/or Goggins to small claims....you'll be waiting a long time for your money unfortunately...

KCG - goggins - RJK Trucking

Jim Goggins was also an owner of RJK Trucking out of Aurora. They disappeared in Dec.
 
There are other postings here about KCG. many brokers and carriers who did business with Quebecor wrold between November and when QW was grabted protection from creditors (some in Feb) never did and probably never will get paid by QW, so don't rely on the trust account provision in the HTA as no trust was created, i.e. the only have to put money in a trust account from the time the customer paid then till they paid you.

However, KCG as I have stated before , is not an incorporated company, and therefore the principal (the nephew) is also personally liable for the debt.
