Sorry I know the invoice is late. We had a non paying customer for a lot of
money that has put us behind. I now this isn't your fault or have anything
to do with you. We are doing our best to get everyone paid asap. I will
email you if we can pay it this week but we may need a few more weeks. I
assure you this invoice will be paid we just need a little more time. Please
email me any time for an update. I do payables every Friday afternoon.

Hours: Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 4:00pm
I will reply within 24 hours

A bit confused here (not unusual for me late in the afternoon), but who is this last post from.....Paul Shteyn, of AMA Trans, or KaySea Forsyth of KBMF???? Seems a bit strange to me......anyone else feel the same?

looked at the BOL third party billing to JBJ Trucking
 
Ok. Got it now. As I said, it is easy to befuddle me after 5:00PM! Regardless of the time of day......a curse on deadbeats who don't honour their obligations!

Maybe you should show up at their apartment building (you know, their 'head office') on Stonechurch Road in Hamilton, during those business hours to pickup your cheque...

Don't expect them to answer the buzzer though... they didn't when I went there... instead, I would suggest getting someone else to let you in the building so you can knock right on their door... apt # 520

I'm guessing that will get you the quickest resolution...

still no cheque, its been in the mail since Friday.

UNLESS YOU HAVE A HIGH RISK TOLERANCE, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS.

This is just a thought. There seems to be several companies on this site here owed monies by KBMF. They are still posting on Loadlink. Why not lodge a complaint with Loadlink to put a stop on their account until you are paid? It worked for me in the past when a company owed me money. It sure would be worth a try. I do understand they say they are trying, but if they are missing all their installment dates, you might take that to mean they are not going to pay.

Reported to link. I don't think link puts much attention to who uses its services as much as who pays for it.

I have sent in a complaint as well. Need one more!!!
I still doubt that Link will actually do something.
