Avoid, avoid, avoid - Screwed up our driver at the pick up, took 5 days to get a TONU for $200 and now invoice is sitting at 60 days and she is giving promises for 2 weeks to pay. If a broker is not capable to pay $200 on time, makes me wonder if they should even be doing this thing...

Is there an issue with the load? Never had too much of an issue myself

They sent us in to get some LTL from 3-5PM, our driver arrived at 3:30PM and the load was not even scheduled. We spent 2 hours waiting for Gagan to make calls but that when that didn't work, our driver departed. It took a few weeks to get $200 TONU and exactly 60 days after invoicing to get paid.

No issues now just got paid this morning, but it was just silly to go back and forth for 2 months, 22 emails over $200.

It took some effort to get paid, we are not using them again for a load unless it’s 5pm on a Friday and it’s a holiday weekend.
