Wow....... I'm actually shocked to be reading these posts. I have used him about 10 times and never had a problem at all with him. He picked up my Ohio freight to Montreal and only once he didn't get it on the Thursday, he picked up on the Friday instead. I never any issues with delivery either, was always delivered when he promised.
He was always very polite, called me back immediately, and was very apologetic that he missed my call. I haven't used him in about a year, or since he changed companies, its hard to believe that its the same guy that you are talking about.
But then again, people can always change over time.
I'll keep your comments in mind next time he calls me on one of my posts...

Just listenened to his call
Can someone that dealt with him post the address in St Lambert.
He is moste likely Romanian because of his fluent french. If not
he is either of Slavic decsent , most likely russian, polish or Serbian.
The voice is easy to recognize , thanks for the tape!!
