JVM Transport

Dispatcher is Jas at JVM Transport.
Carrier called on a load from Virginia back to Montreal on Friday, said he could do it but we needed insurance. We discussed the details and he got his insurance company to send an updated cert. However, he says that he can't do it, blah blah. We find out from the shipper that his truck went in, without our authority or even a pickup #, and picked up a load. Carrier won't answer the phone or emails.
Has anyone else had any problems with this guy?

Sorry, but blame the shipper.. Usually, no p/u # means no load, ESPECIALLY to strangers..

Got an update. So another broker that works with our client somehow gave him the same load that we had. The client doesn't know how this happened but he did get back to us and agreed to work with whoever legitimately had the order.
