I would not want to be in the compliance managers shoes.

There is no excuse for impaired driving in our industry, not for driving your personal vehicle. It is simply a sin behind a big truck!!
 
Really they should be outfitted that you need to blow into the tube to start a commercial vehicle. A few years back we had a guy apply who couldn't go into GA, he even had no problem explaining why, he said you know I had just poured myself a drink and got pulled over....he had no issue driving with a drink in the cup holder.
