Kenny has been around a long time. I see his trucks daily. He's a nice guy... but I personally have an issue with his version of when the truck will arrive (pick up and/or delivery). What some carriers fail to recognise is that we (freight brokers) tell our shippers and consignee's what you tell us. Now I've been pimping freight for 30 years or better... So I know that 5 minutes is rarely 5 minutes in a truckers world so I pad the times always. Kenny / Nick however are often off by hours when it comes to their truck arrivals... On my DNU for that reason. I'd rather deal with carriers that know what's going on and what they can do.
Just my two pennies.
