Second time this has happened.

Booked a load with them earlier on in the week from BC to US. They tell me yesterday the driver has picked it up. Customer emails me this morning and tells me that they are not there yet. Now they say driver got there late so he is sleeping close by.

I now get a call from someone there that their truck has broken down in Abbotsford, BC. A joke of a company to deal with. False updates, late cancellations and I'm sure they are double brokering their shipments.
