Joyce express? That is Black Stallion and Vanak but I'm not sure if you are referring to Joyce Express?
 
J.E Express also. They all run out of Quebec and Ontario .They have many owner operators .
 
Would like to know if associated with any other companies
as you know we all have to be cautious
 
They seemd to go away then come back
any word on who they are or linked too?
do the double broker or are they legite carrier
