No issues at all, keep trying, they are usually good with communication. Over the years, Journey steadily pays us in 30 to 35 days.

Moved 42 shipments since 07/2020

Nothing took over 54 days to get paid, with the exception of the only current invoice I have with them which hit 60 days.

Given the time of year I wouldn't be surprised if their accounting team was out on vacation so things are probably getting processed a little slower than usual.

We've been doing one or two loads a month. Our payments have been about 30-40 days. All things routine.

Anyone else unable to reach their AP? 70 days & counting.

To update I had to get the dispatcher involved who got a hold of AP and paid today via direct deposit. Lets consider it an anomaly.

They have been excellent with us - generally 35-40 days.
Based on our experience we have no issues with them.

try not paying your credit credit card cause of vacation, you`ll paid interes and your credit report will be improve

We've done just a few loads this year...no issues. Last load was in April. Average 40 days to pay. I usually don't have to reach out to them at all.

Always pay less than 45 days. Happy to take freight from them.
