I've just taken a quick look at this broker 'watch list' and put in 4/5 culprits right off the top of my head - none of them came up. So not a very good resource. Inside Transport is certainly a much better one.

The site looks to me like Bills 'tool' for publicizing companies he's chasing on behalf of his clients. There's no more than a dozen companies listed, only since July 2014 and mainly US brokers.

Bill, if you'd like to advertise your website or your collections business further, talk to Admin.

We have outstanding funds with JM Freight Systems. They are on our DNU list.

They are on our DNU list as well. They sent us a chq then had a stop payment put on it. If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is! (no issues on load, either, in case anyone was wondering!)
