Please beware of these people, they live off of the NLM Website and broker every load that they bid on, caught them on a load they tried to sell to us which we bid on and did not get for obvious reasons, when we questioned them on this they hung the phone up on us, dispatcher there is Yogi

They gave us a load from La Guadeloupe, QC to Brampton, ON.
Shipper is one of our good customer.
When we asked questions, we were told this load was going to Batavia, IL. As we know this shipper very well ( CTPAT, FDA prior Notice ) we questioned them as once the load is sealed, nobody can unseal it! They told us to lie to the shipper, saying our truck will go to Batavia, IL even if it's not true, and that they will take care of the ' seal problem '

We refused to touch it! Don't want to screw one of our direct customer, and get in trouble ( as we are ctpat also ) JM Motors replied they are CTPAT as well and we'll not have any problems at all.

They really are bunch of clowns! DNU for sure!
 
are they related to Balram Trucking? I see a Yogi here too and he denies all connections to JM Motors

Maybe related to Diamond Trucking Services or Bittu Transportation or Jas Carriers
 
They double brokered a load of mine but thankfully everything went okay. I just paid them and moved on. These guys aren't worth the energy.
 
I'd suggest that if you decide to move anything through them (and you probably shouldn't, really) you should look at the bills of lading when they come in and see which SCAC the freight is tendered to. We use them but haven't had a problem, but obviously there is more than one instance of them being caught, so something is up.
 
We have them as CBD - Cash Before Delivery. Used once and paid before delivery. It was an intra-Ontario move with final destination to the US.
 
By the way, we brought the freight to:
Canada Road Carrier
136 East Drive
Brampton, ON.

I now have both of these on CBD...
