Hey guys I'm sure this won't effect many of you but might as well throw it on here. Just received this:

James met with a License Insolvency Trustee (LIT) yesterday morning and made the difficult decision to file Notice of Intention to propose a repayment schedule under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act to all of JFS Transports creditors.
The LIT will be sending out the information to you, if you don’t receive any documents by early next week please let me know.
I wish there was better news to provide, thank you.
