Beware of this carrier (if they can call themselves that) out of Mississauga. Terrible service and terrible follow up. I don't think they know how a phone works. Booked an LTL with them with a specific delivery date and they didn't come close on it. I get that things happen but pick up the phone and inform your customer then. Very sketchy answers when challenged on what happened.
 
We had the same experience, cost us $800 to save face overall with the customer along with the steady lane. Worst part is they delivered 2 times previous without issues. Could not tell the truth for the life of them. On our DNU list.
 
Yep, same here. Picked up Friday and was going to deliver on Monday from WI to Southern ON. Delivered after hours on Wednesday. Couldn't tell me why there was a delay and didn't exactly try to find out why. After he delivered he pretty much told me his driver just didn't feel like working. Didn't seem to care that that was how his driver was taking it either.
 
I think this is the re-incarnation of VPA Group from a few years back...I guess not much has changed with this new company based on these comments
