Please be careful with this carrier, we've had 2 terrible experiences – late pick-ups, not delivering on time, but days later (both deliveries were by appointment), and one shipment not even delivering all together.

We received a fake POD for one of the shipments as ‘proof’ of delivery, but we were able to tell it was not real and the carrier has been radio silent ever since.

Communication with them was tough, bit of a language barrier, made it feel a little sketchy. Never had freight held/returned though. Didn't have many options for deep NE at the time.

Yes it was Slava unfortunately... Looking to file a claim against the load they aren't delivering or we'll see if they will answer us at some point to make an appointment to make the delivery.

DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. They will take your freight and not deliver. Argumentative on the phone, very unprofessional

Been on our DNU for years now too. Would take freight on and then.... crickets. No updates, call backs etc.
The freight always delivered but was on JCA time- not what Slava agreed to at the start.

No they still haven't delivered our freight and they are not answering any phone calls or emails.

We've filed a claim against them so still waiting to hear back on the status of that.
