Jaquar maunfacturing - dundalk, ont

We have used Jaquar as a carrier for many years with no problems. I can't speak to their payment terms however.

I'm with loaders. Jaguar has been around for a long... long time. I've always found them to be quite professional and well run with decent equipment and great service... I don't imagine that you stay around for 15+ years by not paying your bills.

Hopefully one of the other forum members can be of more help.

Jaquar Manufacturing

Thanks to all.
Based on service reference I will assume payment terms solid, until proven otherwise.

Thanks again IST community!

If memory serves me correctly Jaguar has been around since before the de-regulation days and used the "manufacturing" in the name to appear to be a private carrier.

Jaguar - one of the best

We've been working with Jaguar for many years, they are a wonderful carrier to work with and get the job done. I would highly recommend them without exception.

Jaguar

We have received nothing but exemplary service from them. I would recommend them to anybody as a great carrier. As others here have said, we are unable to comment on their payment history, however they are aware of our policy that we will terminate our relationship with any carrier who fails pay other carriers they broker freight to.

We used Jaguar a couple of weeks ago. We gave them freight to Edmonton and everything was fine until my customer received an invoice from Quik X for the freight. They double brokered our freight and Quik X mixed up the billing. When we asked them about it they told us their truck ran out of room and they didn't want to disappoint us. I would have rathered they gave me my freight back and be honest about it then double broker it behind my back. On our DNU list.

Equipment

I believe the majority of their equipment is cattle haulers. Also, you may have a problem getting a WSIB clearance if that concerns you.

Jaguar Mfg

Known Jaguar for... oh my - 17 years of their 25 year existance. Right on existance before Deregulation, were a cattle hauler, handled ltl down I75 corridor, went back to cattle hauling and do a bunch of freight for me to west now. Still have drivers from 17 years ago on board. All trucks more than maintained in their own shop. Family business, and honest., I don't think that anyone who knows Faye would describe her as anything but brutally honest.

I also know from personal experience that when you need a shoulder or a hand, she is there - and am thankful to also call her my friend. Gosh Faye - how many times did you dig me out of customs issues, bonds, docks, p/u when others failed... wow!

Perhaps on the Edmonton freight there may have been more there than meets the eye ( no offence to you, btw), as I know that carriers often move beyonds with local carriers. I love Quik X too - but am always slightly (OK, a lot!) embarassed when they direct bill my customer - thankfully always more than I was charging! Perhaps Faye's fault was not making it clear to you on what she is doing to service your customer and their freight.

Cheer for Jaguar Mfg. And thanks for the reminder of my age!
