Alternatively, if JAD is factored (I'm not sure) try reaching out to them and explaining the situation. I'm sure you aren't the only ones that this has happened to.

Not sure which address you have on file, the one on their insurance is a UPS address and the other shows 6424 Rue Marie Victorin, Montreal which looks like a private residence, and when cross-referenced it shows there's another Quebec numbered company 9443-3463 Quebec inc registered to that address under Ettaouil Abdelaaziz as well.
