Has anyone had the experience of working with this company? They have one of our loads, and they have been giving contradictory updates, and now they are avoiding calls?
 
@MikeTrans we are experiencing the same. refusing to answer our phones, emails and responding to v/m's. I would advise to stay clear away.
 
booked a load 5-6 weeks ago them. they verbally agreed to rate. said send to me. They sent their carrier package and started setup then said "too less rate"

its ok covered in .25 seconds
 
Horrible experience. Kept lying about delivery, then refused to respond to calls and emails. Finally delivered the load after starting the claim process. took over 6 weeks to deliver a Full load from Montreal to SC and lied at every step along the way. Stay far away
 
these guys verbally accept rates over the phone and then when you send the tender they respond "too less"

typical carrier that is a Walmart parking lot rent-less tenant
 
Anyone work with them recently? They booked the load as JAD Express, but I noticed their Quebec registration is under their numbered company DBA Transport Alkhair. Also found 4 different phone numbers for them. Not sure what to make of it?
 
@broker, I'm trying to collect on an invoice from May 2023. Bloody ridiculous. This guy has so many different companies and hides behind them all. He lives in Vaudreuil, the other address are fake. Anyone have any tips on how to collect? Shipper isn't answering me anymore
 
Yikes. So he brokers out his loads then, interesting. I would try going after the receiver if the shipper is unresponsive, or if the shipper is local show up and have a chat. Alternatively, if JAD is factored (I'm not sure) try reaching out to them and explaining the situation. I'm sure you aren't the only ones that this has happened to.

Not sure which address you have on file, the one on their insurance is a UPS address and the other shows 6424 Rue Marie Victorin, Montreal which looks like a private residence, and when cross-referenced it shows there's another Quebec numbered company 9443-3463 Quebec inc registered to that address under Ettaouil Abdelaaziz as well.
 
Apparently they saw our posting on the Link and called in on it. They must be using a different company on the Link to gain access to postings.
 
Hello Folks, they're hauling a load for us From Montreal to Athol, ID which is scheduled to deliver today. communication is not up to the mark so far. I hope this one gets delivered and then I'm gonna put them on DNU list.
 
@broker the Marie-Victorin address is no longer valid. There was one in Saint-Laurent but when my colleague went, a bunch of drivers and workers told her that he keeps giving people that address even though he has no space there.
I have a residential address in Vaudreuil. I'm thinking of stopping by with a few big male friends...
I will reach out to the receiver and hope we can get paid. Absolutely disgusting to do this to people during tough times.
Oh, i also reported them to the DOT(filed a complaint for non payment and included every company and phone number I found), next is going to be Revenue Quebec, Registre des Entreprise.

I am going to shake his world up LOL
