Anybody know a carrier that will go to this show place?
Pick up in Toronto 28 feet need high cube as they claim 1 case is 109" high
Must deliver April 17th 8am-1pm
 
I would call the Javitz Center and see if they have preferred carrier. This is a huge convention center which probably has a local cartage set up in place. You will probably have to ship it to the cartage company and have them do the local delivery. The cartage cost will be pricey, as is everything in NYC. If not the Javitz center, go to the website of the show organizers. They may also be working with certain carriers.

Yes,m I'm pretty sure the customer already has the price with that carrier, but as you mentioned it is probably expensive and they are looking for a better option.
 
They will do everything they can to minimize the number of carriers coming in to the show. The last thing they want is everyone looking after their own deliveries and having a thousand trucks backed along the Hudson River trying to get in. Your customer will have very few options.

These guys specialize NYC deliveries.
