Ya, they laughed at us when we called to collect money, their owner is a crook. classless guy who preys on carriers and doesn't pay his bills... They are also in bed with MVR and WOLFRUN Logistics... all brutal companies that have the worst reputations
 
Would be interesting to see if Sound Insurance continued their insurance with Jaba after notification of fraud.

sorry about your situation, hard to believe they can still operate as it seems that this is what they do on a regular basis. I would look into where /who the freight originally came from. I'm pretty sure they are double brokering from other carriers.

They owe us a lot of money, they go under different names, Jaba Trucking is just one of them...but i was thinking that we should all hire a lawyer and sue them together. They are still doing this to people. It makes me sick to think how much these criminals stole and scammed from hard working companies.
If we can get enough people in and join together at same time, we can sue them to a higher court then small claims...Any opinions?

I would be in to take them to court with you... they owe us money for the past year and a half.... same company as WOLFRUN LOGISTICS, and MVR.... all slimey carriers under the same management.... the only cheque they should be collecting is a cerb cheque
 
sorry to hear this is still going on, they must be going "through" carrier after carrier!!! I really don't think they have an actual customer base to go after??
 
I hope carriers reached out to the shippers and receivers to see if they could assist with them getting paid. So many crooks out there.
