Has anyone had any dealings lately with J. Syvret & Co, out of Burlington. We are having a difficult time getting paid.

rumours

They have always been slow paying, and have been cutoff from some of my suppliers, but i've also heard that they are in the throws of moving. But i must say that this is all substantiated rumours.

I sincerely hope that it is just a glitch. I have been dealing with Syvret for many many years. Their service is top notch with drivers and dispatchers to match.

I know some of the guys there, and they're pretty descent but, their credit rating on the link depicts a more realistic picture.

J. Syvret

They are a little slow. I agree. We have been dealing with them for years. I have always been paid. They are a great company to work with, and they have helped me out in a number of situations. Good people.

due to lack of payment

You know tires, parts etc. My suppliers have cut them off and closed the accounts, due to lack of payment. These are guys that know them personally, and won't deal with him at all.

not rumors, they are having problems and pushing people months and months with excuse after excuse

120 days past due and no hope

We have taken other measures to collect as the promised payment dates come and go. Alot of BS from these people

apparently they moved out off their yard on friday, now leasing off a lumber company I think

we have an outstanding invoice from July 16/09 - we were told that they were applying for a line of credit and if they get it they would pay ???

They told us in Sept they were on a cash basis and applying for a line of credit then, which was to be in place on Sept 15, that day came and went, A/P has ties to Larel Steel, they are now using a broker to move loads, hope they can pays the freight bills.
