Yes, they were horrible to deal with. We did a load for them and after we submitted clean POD they stopped answering our calls for about a month or 6 weeks.
Then their dispatcher was very rude to us when we reached to them after 90 days outstanding. I said I was going to call his customer for payment and replied "if you do that then I will outright not pay you". So I called their customer detailing my experiences with them and let them know I'd be coming after them under the bill of lading act, they called J-Dub and we ended up receiving payment after 105ish days out. Absolutely horrible, unprofessional company to deal with.

Loadsafe you do know that letter means nothing you can still go after the owner, until he actually files for bankruptcy he is fair game.
