Just caught them double brokering my loads. Had a carrier call looking for payment on a load I gave J&A Services. It is from March, I paid in April and J&A never paid the end carrier. J&A tried saying their truck broke down so they re-covered the load. The carrier that did the load was getting paid the same amount as I was paying J&A so their story could have been legit. At least up until the carrier said she has done 5 loads total (only 1 was mine) for J&A and has only been paid for 2. It would appear that they pay you for a few, build your trust, then screw off with the money? (J&A also double brokered one of E.T. Transports loads to said carrier and I eagerly await that video!)
I dove a little deeper and found J&A had fudged a few of the p.o.d.'s and brokered more of my loads. I found a 2nd today, to find out they were getting paid more than what I was paying J&A on one load and paid the same on the other. He said they also did another load for J&A from North York (mattresses I think) and it was also a double brokered load.
I am still looking for other carriers that may have taken loads to NS for J&A. Get ahold of me if you did.

We were also a carrier that had a load double brokered. I thought that I had posted here about them but I cannot find the posts probably because of the ampersand in the name.

We were able to collect on our funds after a long time but it was also double brokered.

Anyone else that has had dealings with them, whether they owe you money or if they took your load and double brokered it, call their factoring company (IPS) and Link to report it.
We all need to start banding together to combat the dumpster fire that people like this are turning our industry into.

Hi FR8CHIK
We moved his load to NS and struggling for payment. Now he stops answering the calls.
