Best strategic business choice we made about 8 years ago was to stop opening new accounts for load brokers with Quebec addresses - fastest way to fix your the aging of your receivables.

If it is the company I know, they are solid. Head office in Mississauga, branches in Calgary/Vancouver. Been in business for years. Check out their website. I would have no hesitation dealing with them. Not broker, freight forwarder.
@bigt Can you post some more information about the company? Address, USDOT/MC number, phone numbers, website? If you post these items a respondent can be sure they're commenting on the same company you're requesting. Too many times I see the words TRUCKING, LOGISTICS, TRANPORTATION among others mixed with names that can cause confusion as to which company you're talking about.

If you are referring to ITN Transborder in Mississauga - wonderful people to deal with and a prompt paying account.
We work with ITN Trans border as well. Never have any issues. But have not work lately. When i search on Google for ITN Logistics Services Inc, it comes up with different ITN names. It does say Ian Kennedy on one who passed away last year. And few branches. Will call Trans border to confirm if they are related
