Trucking is awesome, best and most positive thing is the people we get to meet and in some cases make lifelong friends. The few bad apples make it seem like hell sometimes but to this day, 98% of the people I've dealt with are great human beings. Love this industry and the people that make it so great.

I agree, share the positives!
Every time a shipment delivered was like a win. Some bigger wins and some smaller but in every case, it took a whole bunch of people and materials to produce something, then it took a whole company (and a good driver) to transport it and a skilled person to offload it. Celebrate every win big or small, there's a lot of moving parts that have to work together to make every shipment a success.
Oh, I've managed to meet a group of amazing people that I miss dearly while working in transport, hi y'all! Sorry, was in MN the other weekend, it's rubbing off on me...

This industry offers great refuge to the otherwise unemployable! Could you imagine some of the folks you deal with on the day to day, NOT working within the industry? Oh boy.... lol. It's the people that do it for me, the drivers, the internal staff, the customers. You learn a lot about people and human nature very quickly in trucking.

Like any type of review website, it is just as important to post positive reviews when things go smoothly as it to post negative ones when things go sideways. The best restaurant can have a bad night, the best carpenter can have on off day and the best carrier can have a shipment go to hell in a New York minute on them. By all means let everyone know when the service you receive isn’t up to par but equally important, please let us all know when you receive great service!
