I find that everything that is coming in is flowing very fast -- regardless of IB/OB/domestic actually. This is normal for this time of year, plants are on shutdown, people are on vacation.

People worried about the PanAm games for nothing I believe.

Yes, it is slow for us too. And not just GTA local...... more like "north america local"!
Good news is Uber has arrived in the Waterloo region and London as of today. Maybe we should consider new jobs? lol
