The payment contact I have is Jerry - jmoore@ipdcanada.ca.
I usually don't have to contact them for payment - cheque mails in 45 days. Robert is the owner - if you don't get a reply from A/P - contact him directly - rrusnov@ipdcanada.ca.

IPD was bought by NFI Industries in the US. Payments have slowed down a bit while they adjust their accounting software to match head office. Right now they are mailing the cheques from the US to the Mississauga office, then are mailed out again from there.

If you have invoices that are due, call Nicole @ Accounts Payable. They fax a cheque request form to NJ every day by noon, cheques are printed and sent to Mississauga by courier for next day delivery and then mailed from Mississauga.
A cheque for us is being printed this afternoon in NJ .... so we'll see when it is received.
Always has been 45 days .... but they do pay their invoices.

IPD in our books is no longer active
NFI Canada is the new company name as of approx March 2011
We have had a consistent 4 year history of both companys paying in 30 - 40 days.
Pleasant staff too.
