Hi Mike!
I started at GTI early January - finding employment while everyone's in holiday mode was pretty shitty... still just getting my feet wet in the brokerage world, definitely not what I'm used to, but I'm enjoying it so far.
Jackie is doing well - also found employment beginning of January. Still a few stragglers trying to find something, mostly those in the Wroxeter office, not much going on in that area.

Geography can be a benefit or a challenge for sure depending on the industry and location. Brokerages can literally be anywhere.
I'll bet working the other side of the phone comes with some adjustment for sure, in the end you don't need to be trained on vast transport terminology, regulations, geography, etc. so your employer should be happy you arrived 3/4 trained! Even more because you can relate with the carriers you speak to on the phone. Good for you.
