Just curious, has anyone taken the time to look at the new format on Internet Truckstop? The system was already user-friendly but when I looked at the new revised format it's completely changed and may lead some of us that are not computer wizzes to abandon the program although I was told that they will allow us to use the old version for an undetermined amount of time. The same credit features will still be available and the system will refresh itself every 30 seconds for new leads on posted trucks.

I've used it and I prefer the older version. I still can't figure out how to view posted trucks on the new one. If they take away the old version, they will likely lose customers.

We have looked at it and the new version really sucks...
Very cumbersome to deal with...
We have told ITS that, if they insist on following through with this, they will indeed be losing us as clients.
Also, if you check the ITS forum, virtually 90% of the people on there are saying the same as us and the moderator of the forum keeps insisting that it's a better system and training is available...
Sorry, but we just don't have time to take training. We're really busy trying to make a dollar...
Loadlink just had a major upgrade and it took all of 5 minutes to get used to their new format. We used ITS-2 for 2 weeks and our guys said that they would quit rather than use it...
Hopefully, they use reason in their ideas of customer service.

New version PQ or QC?

After a few months of working with the new version I have become familiar with both the old and new version and I prefer the old version even thou it is not live. For carriers using the new version, freight going into Quebec can only be matched by brokers posting QC on their load posting. That means a broker posting a load to Montreal, PQ will not match up for users using the new version. The new version does not use PQ and therefore we're only seeing a fraction of the freight that is posted.
