Does anyone know of International Freight Solutions or had any dealing's with them? I would appreciate any feed back. What I know thus far is they operate as 1810938 Ontario, Inc., have 2 employees, in biz 1 yr., the owner is Jason Collings. I'm chasing them for freight bills.

They have changed accounts payable clerks a few times over the summer. So they are way behind paying their bills, what a crock of *hit. We have $1,000 over 90 days and now we can only get voice mail.

Hey GordM,

Check out the thread I mentioned in the post above if you want the full story of how I got paid... But in short, I ended up having to sue this company, it's owner Jason Collings, and two of his customers. I received payment in full within 3 days of serving him and his customers with the court papers. It cost me $75 to file and I had to do some driving, but no big deal really...

He does appear to have money that comes in, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and I think he is running on 18 squeaky wheels... The one who makes the most noise gets paid first. Jason ended up dropping off a bank draft right to our front door.

Good luck GordM, and don't give him too much time, that will only allow squeakier wheels to get in line in front of you...

We've sent them to collections; NRG & ASSOCIATES.. nasty people to deal but have been effective so far..
 
Just thought I would let you know that nothing has changed with this guy. We have an outstanding invoice gave them 7 days to pay due to the history and we are now at 60. We reported to link who has spoken to him. Whatever that means. Advised the shipper and believe it or not they are no better then they are. Going after the consignee. Don't understand why guys like this can still be on the link.

Rita,

They are still active on LINK because they have not been reported. If you reported them - that is strike #1. You should be asking Victoria at Link how many strikes this particular company has and follow up on it.

Put up a new post here on the forum - utilize this resource - and ask others who are owed to report also. The process is simple to do so.

When I put up a post with the same request - for others to report to Link on a delinquent - their account was SHUT OFF same day. Their policy is 3 strikes and your out....

It works - go thru the proper process...
 
Thanks for the update. I did report them and received a call from a Jason at Link early November and he called them and advised them to contact me or they would be cut off. I spoke to Jason at Link yesterday and was advised that they can no longer access their account since Nov 3rd.

Can you advise how we can reach Jason at the Link? Victoria is who we deal with and all she ever says is she has posted the nonpayment complaint and will monitor it. Mean while the scum bag still fishes off the Link.

Just so you are aware - Victoria authorizes account "shut offs" - she is the only person at Link that can do so. If you are wanting to discuss a delinquent Link account - she is the person to call and speak to directly.

Jason works under Victoria's advisement on these matters.
