yes they still around, took load in Dec, still outstanding, address of 91 rylander blvd, unit 7-102 scarborough MIB 5M5 PH 416-795-8741 FAX 416-283-7635. if you are looking to get pd good luck, if you are thinking of doing business, alot of broken promises
 
Too bad I didn't see this one earlier. Has anyone had any luck collecting from these people?
 
I'm in the same boat as you. Have they paid you? I saw this after the fact and now going back and forth with them and I have contacted the consignee. Any information you can give me would be great...thx...

Recevied a chq today dated Dec 21 and signed by Victoria Smith. The address on the chq and the return envelope was the same as on the load sheet from Sept 2. I will let you know if it's rubber.

I had a lot of excuses from Carter - you have heard them all. Try e-mailing intlfreightinmotion@hotmail.com and of course the consignee. My consignee was in Richmond Hill. I never really talked to the consignee but left messages and it worked because Carter called me complaining I was backdooring him. After I offered him to conference him in with the consignee to clear this all up he was apologizing and offering a cheque. If your consignee is in Richmond HIll, PM me and I will give you some contact information there.

Thanks I already contacted the consignee who is probably the same, the consignee called me and advised International was sending a cheque that day. Lets see what happens!! Thanks again

Thats good to hear.

The day I posted the previous post I got a nasty phone call from Carter saying that the information I posted was not true. In my opinion it was true and he failed to pay me in a timely manner. I told him that this is a public information board and he is free to reply to my comment and fill everyone in on his side of the story - let the people decide what seems right. Obviously he reads his posts but does not want to respond to them.

In the end he said he'll never use us again - oh no...what am I going to do without someone who takes more than 90 days to pay their invoices? :confused:
 
Do not deal with this company !!!!

:mad::mad::mad::mad:

4 invoices over 90 days, waited around all afternoon to collect our money today, and only had the two smallest invoices paid !! Stay away from taking freight from this company if you can !!!
 
Any new updates on this company? Haven't had a bill paid or a call returned in 2 months.

Phone is out of service, web site has vanished. I am an idiot for not checking here before I gave them $3600 in credit.
 
Communication has been restored and 1st payment received at 71 days
