Are you a victim of this site?

The people behind this site often manipulate comments. they make libelous comments and do not worry if their comments are real.

I have the names of these people. Please email me at fredtrucks2016@gmail.com

These people. the site and the companies they own and work for, can be named in a law suit.

God forbid you make a comment about them or any of their friends or associates, They will cut you off the site or they will remove your comments

We must take legal action against these peoples.


They will also remove this comment, but i will add this to another site called inside transport com complaints. I will give you the names of the lady and others once you email me. i will also start psoting comments about them on another site to which they cant control.

I for 1 use this site weekly and find it very useful, as i'm sure many others do.
Rather than come on here and rant about how you are a victim, perhaps tell us who you are ( what company) and how your company has been victimized. Pls explain your situation rather than just threaten with a law suit.
I do think that is the main point of this web site.
However in all honesty, i really do enjoy the Friday jokes.
Just my 2 cents.

I agree... This site has been very helpful to many, myself included...

Let's hear what the issues are and let's talk about it out in the open...

I, too, find the information on this site very useful. For whatever reason, @fredhall feels that he has been wronged in some way by this site or people on this site.
If the "who, what, when, where, and why" were more clearly explained, then maybe there could be some kind of amicable resolution or discussion - rather than just threatening lawsuits.

Every member here offers their opinion on situations, events they have been through and likes to share the hard experiences as well as the lighter side of the business. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and as far as I know posts are only edited if it comes to name-calling. For the record I'm a volunteer moderator and haven't manipulated posts to change their meaning - even the ones that I don't agree with because that would defeat the purpose of free speech. If you have an issue thread you should reach out to Admin about it, just like anyone else with a complaint.

Add on: all of my posts are always solely my own opinion and not reflective of my employers policies, terms, views, etc. but if you know me at all you know that already!

Hi Fred Hall (is that even your real name?), what company do you operate under or represent? I have a feeling you are the poster behind the one and only complaint online, would be nice to know who you are and what company you work for since you have decided that no one else can remain anonymous? Go ahead and let us all know how you have been personally wronged by this site and or slandered, otherwise take a walk and stop wasting everyone's time.

Personally, I can tell you that I joined this forum years ago because even though I didn't own the company I was with, I was indirectly a victim of fraud in the industry and learned about it when investigating the party who did it. I felt it a duty to share information that I know of anyone in the industry, good or bad, in the hopes that fellowship would have me avoid this problem on a repeated basis. I have even been known to criticize other members of the forum on occasion and stand by it when I do.

fredhall (and I'm sure the name isn't correct), if you don't like what you see on this site because it reflects on your and/or your firm, there are 2 options:
- note that you have been found out
- reflect on the negativity and decide how you are going to change it

I leave personal feelings out of it completely ... only look at it from a business standpoint.

I found the site the same way - I was looking for someone that wronged me in business and the site popped up with dozens of other people being wronged in the same way by the same person. At least I knew I wasn't alone, it hurt a little less..

This site should be used to gather information and then form your own opinion.

People here are voicing "their" opinions. Not everyone has the same opinion. Some brokers love certain carriers... other brokers don't. Some carriers love certain brokers and others don't. Not everyone likes or enjoys doing business with one another. It's the way it is. The world would be very boring if everyone was exactly the same.

If you can't wrap your head around that Fred Hall... Go ahead and put your time and effort into starting your own website and keep away from my freight.

This sounds very similar the poster that was saying great things about millcroft logistics a few months ago and was banned.

In the years that I have participated on this site, there have been very few, if any instances of libelous postings, and any that could be classified as such were immediately removed by the administrator. Has there been heated discourse?....certainly, but from what I have observed, it is only the site's members voicing their opinion and/or personal experience.
 
We know this guy, I can't put the company name to him yet but it will come to me, probably a couple of times before I actually remember. Bring it on it's going to be slow for the next couple of days so we need some excitement.

So far I see one angry person and many others that find the site useful. People express their opinion, vent their frustration, share their adventures in order to protect others from the 'sketchy' ones. It's a simple concept really. The bottom line is that no matter who posts or how many people post on a thread the truth usually comes out - be it easy to read or between the lines.

I find more and more people (in general) want to complain, cry and 'sue'. Funny, that's the kind of attitude that young children have (the complaining and crying). Mature people take in information and make decisions that improve future outcomes.

Lastly, if you don't like what I say, don't read my posts. They are nothing more than my opinion, and I'm still considered a rookie in the industry with only 11 years. If you don't like what you read here stop coming! :)
