Both companies are the same entity. This carrier is unreliable and does not maintain proper communication. I assigned them an LTL shipment and had a very poor experience—the shipment was delayed every single day. I strongly recommend not trusting this carrier or assigning them any further work.

Influx Transport and Laden Transport are the same entity.
Do not use them. Stay far, far away.
They are unreliable. Their communication is terrible for both the phone and emails. They threatened us, gave false updates, delivered late, went dark for a while and they do not own or insure "their own equipment."
As vetting carriers in so very important in this day in age, with all of the shady stuff going on in the trucking industry, if you are reading this, take this as a sign to put Influx and Laden on your DO NOT USE list.
They are a joke of a carrier that will not do anything that they say.
He said his name was Victor, probably lying about that too, guy's an absolute joke.

Hard DO NOT USE these guys are liars, theifs and will hold your customer on your freight hostage and extort your customers or you. They are also double brokering many loads and back soliciting. These are the type of guys ruining the industry. For your own sake DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE RAN DRY TILL THEY FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION
