Seems to me that inbound customs brokers (coming into Canada) have taken a particularly large dose of stupid in the last 4-5 weeks. Anyone else noting the trend from incompetent to downright useless?

Inbound, Outbound. Take your choice. Basically a glorified bunch of accountants, dead from the neck up and reading out of a play book. "Oh sorry sir, I can't process your clearance, you didn't give me one of the authorized answers that I have on a piece of paper taped to the divider above my desk".

no dumber than the outbound broker. I inadvertently put WINDSOR instead of DETROIT and it wasn't getting done because they didn't know where WINDSOR , ON was...
