Where to start? Commissioned iload Trucking Ltd. to do a partial van load for me Edmonton to Drummondville. First, not here the day they're supposed to be. Second lying dispatcher says by noon next day.
When I called for an update, dispatcher said truck in onsite loading,.
My IRATE client calls me at four looking for the truck???!!!!!
Call lying dispatcher says he had the wrong location truck will be onsite 8am next day. Anyone care to guess what happens next? Your correct! No truck! Tried fruitlessly to get a hold of lying dispatcher, unfortunately not man enough to answer the call. Thank you Elite Freight lines for stepping up to the plate and picking up what this POS company dropped.

I have had a different experience they have hauled full loads for us from canada to the US. Been ok, i mean not perfect updates. But most of the newer to Canadian dispatchers are not all that accurate. But they have met our needs. Have done about 5-10 loads with them in the last year.
 
Iload has opened up Budget carrier MC#1658271 as a new entity for their "Canadian customers". Iload has 'financial discrepancies' with RTS financial - RTS is calling around trying to find ways to recoup funds from iload.
