ILCO-NON PAYMENT SINCE OCTOBER

Hi Guys

ILCO was a very good company and they had direct clients and built their company from scratch.

Unfortuantly, bad employees that were load brokers screwed the owner. I know him personally and have met him several times in the past few weeks.

We used to work with him also before all this happened.

Yes you will not be paid because he had no choice but to close and has already spent 200 000$ in lawyer fees to after those same employees.

So the owner is blaming the employees that were load brokerson why his company is screwing people out of money? Spent $200,000 on lawyers and carriers are not paid! Sorry dont feel sorry for this guy. Seems like he took the money and run and poor me I'm stupid for trusting others to run my company. Grow up the guys a crook!!!!

Excuses can come in many different forms. “Bad employees”, an “unexpected” downturn in the economy, etc, etc. As a business owner, the buck stops with you. You are ultimately responsible for the efficient operation of your business each and every day. You are the one who is supposed to be watching and listening. Sorry, but the only excuses for suddenly closing up shop are things like sudden and unexpected ill health, a loss of a family member, a natural disaster such as flood or fire, or something similar. Leaving your suppliers to suffer the financial consequence’s of your inattention is wrong. If you have to wrap up your operation, make sure everyone, suppliers and employees are paid before you take a nickel from the till.

BAD EMPLOYEES screwed the Owner?????

The employees brought him the profits while he sat in his office. They did all the work, and the owner can't pay them their rightful commissions? SO they left with their customers that the employees brought in..... and they left the company cuz they weren't paying the carriers (not cuz the commissions weren't paid). The so-called "BAD EMPLOYEES" have more moral high ground here, while the owner had his d*** in his hand.

Also, he closed down cuz the bank froze the accounts. Instead of sucking his d*** daily, try to expand ur eyes and see the bigger picture, that 200k spent on lawyers is so stupid he could've paid the carriers with that shit

Does a good company:

Get rejected by every factoring provider?
Lie to carriers every day about their payment having been sent and blaming a 5 month delay on canada post(they did this one to me)
Have horrible credit and an Equifax average payment term of 120 days?
Try to pay carriers dog sh*t rates because they are bleeding money?
Go radio silent, not pay anyone, not even release a statement on what they are doing to resolve the situation?

You can't even spell unfortunately correctly, who are you exactly ? A lot of us have been affected by this, we don't need some loser defending a bottom-tier company.

You're either an actual moron, or you're a part of the company and coming here to do damage control. Either way, it's pathetic.
