My name is Youssef Sadek, one of 2 owners at MOOV (started March 2025 / way before ILCO went under). This is my first freight guard report ever submitted as I am not one to try to affect my carriers partners businesses.
However, I was forced to submit it after multiple failed attempts of trying to help DTARRY understand the facts of the matter that me and my current business partner are
PAST EMPLOYEES at ILCO and had no influence on their actions, in addition to us substantially getting affected financially/reputationally to this day because of our past affiliation with them. We lost more than most of the carriers affected by ILCO's owners actions.
We never had issues with DTARRY before their manager/owner Andy chose to act senselessly. If a carrier we have done nothing but good to; tender business + pay every invoice on time with no exceptions or even early occasionally, chooses to back solicit clients after a long history of a legitimate partnership because of false assumptions then I will do what is necessary to protect my business and the people and families I am responsible for.
For anyone on this forum agreeing with DTARRYs actions of back soliciting clients with no repercussions, I invite you to share your book of business with them and with all of us here since you are not aligned with the industry's standard.
FR8GURU - Carrier411 and other platforms were created for a reason. Crybabies or Fr8guru's are invited to use them reasonably and honestly in order to avoid affecting anyone's business negatively. Especially if its built on false beliefs.
LOADERS - Thank you for being logical. Carrier411 does not give you enough space to go in details and all of us are already busy enough. I'm not trying to write a novel over this BS.
ROCKPAPER - You are mistaken. You are also a great example of the closest thing a human can be to a parrot uncontrollably talking without knowing what's coming out of their mouth. Either share your information and reach out to me to get your facts straight or keep your weightless assumptions to yourself. Attempts to defame my company's legitimacy will not be tolerated under any basis.
There are more than 900 carriers that can vouch for our legitimacy in the market and our clean track record in terms of payables,
