Anyone use IFS Dedicated from Brampton? They have 67 power units according to SAFER. Any comments on service are appreciated.

I use them on inbound loads, never any issues. Work with Sahil all the time .

They did two loads for me, one went extremely well and the other was a challenge. There was always good communication from them and they responded after hours and on the weekend.

For the load that was a challenge there was also a discrepancy from what the drivers told the shipper and what dispatch was telling us.

I have put them on a third load so hoping the load with a challenge was an anomaly.
