Stay away from ICTL LTD. They brokered a load that we gave them (last year) and now the carrier they used is trying to get payment from our customer. We have tried calling the carrier however we have not been able reach them. Looking at other posts i see they are associated with A to P Express and Wolfrun. We have tried to contact both, the numbers do not work. Just stay far away from ICTL Ltd.
