That is a long and heavy list. Hopefully the liquidation of the stores along with the sale of prime real estate will knock that list down. There is 520Million owing to unsecured creditors. If the liquidation and sale of real estate goes only to the secured creditors we will see a lot of pain in the economy.

I guess CN will have to swallow that and I won't be surprised for their rates going up sooner than later to compensate...
