Any one have any bad experiences with HNM?

Looking to use them for a cross-border load.

Been using them for the past 5 years, known them for over 10. They are a really good team to deal with. My contacts are Ekjot and Satinder. I can't speak for the cross borders shipments, as we only book with them for deliveries across Ontario and into Montreal.

Cheap carrier doing many sorts of hazmat without blowing up the truck

But they barely read the Rate Confirmations so don't give them work with too many requirements

Charge whatever they want when it comes to accessorials... DNU in my books.

HNM is big enough that it all depends on the dispatcher you get.

We relied heavily on Ekjot, and it was great when they were around.

If they were off or we got another dispatcher, it was a disaster.

We only used them for ON/QC loads. Never cross border

That's unfortunate, my issues were with Ekjot
