Used a few times this year.
There are an awful lot of notes on the loads that they did. A lot of "Can't get hold of the driver will call back" and that sort of thing.
However, there are no service failures, lates or other.

They did a load for me this week to an out of the way destinantion for a great rate. No issues at all

I used them last week for two loads. 1 picked up - 1 had a blown trailer air bag. Then, all of a sudden, the driver had a delivery this AM, which went backwards after pushing the load. Now they just sent us an email cancelling the load and saying their truck broke down.
