I wish he was running my dispatch department! All that yelling is just for show. Deep down he's really a great manager and motivator.

He is an extremely passionate person, he does show alot of compassion in his other show Kitchen Nightmares.

Watch when he takes someone aside
Watch on his Kitchen Nightmare's series when he takes a chef aside with a bad attitude (yes after first yelling at them) he then builds them back up and motivates them to be passionate about what they're doing again. The person is usually in tears thanking him by the end of the show. He really is good at what he does.
