GWM Logistics, Niagara Falls ON. Seems their "accountant" only works Fridays and is largely unreachable by phone (insists on email per the voicemail message.)

Invoiced Dec. 16, 2010 for $900. Says he got the invoice Jan. 4. 2011 and "wasn't due." George said invoice would be in Jan. 28th cheque run. Still no cheque received so called him Feb. 17th. George said it will be printed Feb. 18th. Reminded him of the conversation and the fact that the work was BEFORE CHRISTMAS and our terms are 30 days! Even with the mail during the holidays, it's highly improbable they got the invoice so late. Invited us to not use them if we don't want but said call back at 3:30 today for a cheque #.

Has anyone else had this experience? I think GWM and George W. McPherson Trucking are related. If so, this is not what I would expect from McPherson's. :confused::mad:
 
They are the same company.

Will see how long it takes to pay our receivable and will definitely post again with an update.
 
Still no cheque for a Dec. 18th invoice from GWM Logistics. George tells me on March 1st "Oh, if you haven't got it by tomorrow, call me and I'll expedite it." This guy is really evasive. Says he sent it by courier today and playing the "I'm out of the office, I'll get back to you" game when it comes to getting a waybill number. This guy is coming across as very dishonest.

So, December 18 to March 3rd....GWM Logistics, say hello to DNU once we get the cheque.
 
Invoiced them on October 21st for $750.00, Received payment on January 17th, after a few phone calls. Our terms of net 30 are clearly marked on our invoices. I wasn't impressed. Welcome to my DNU list!!
