Did a wide load last week for us, did a good job.

So follow up coming a little faster than originally planned. Booked the load for pickup today as discussed. They called back and said they'd pick it up Monday not today as agreed to. Cancelled load.

Afternoon all,

we gave them a hot shipment Friday to deliver this morning. Good communication and they emailed the POD already so did a great job. As follow up.
