Good Afternoon I am looking for a good carrier to deliver to a trade show coming up in late April. Any leads would be helpful.

Try one of the Zavitz's companies down around Fort Erie, GZL, G Zavitz ltd, KAM trucking, all run east all the time.

First, it's the Jacob J. Javits Convention Center not Zavitz Center.
Second, this is one of the toughest show locations in North America to service.
If LTL, use YRC up to two (2) pallets. If greater volume, use combination Private, please local dray. Build in plenty of waiting time if the latter.

Most shows will tell you on their web site who the preferred delivery carrier is. Any carrier not on the list will be looking at major delays and problems.
You are best to rate your shipment to the local preferred delivery carrier in NYC and add their charges to your invoice.
