I am pretty sure they are bankrupt.

I recently ( Within the last month) went over to VTL Vtrans to pick up a check and was told by the guard at the common yard entrance ( also with UPS) that all the equipement and office furniture were being seized that day due to a bankrupcy.

They are for sure...Got a letter from the syndic a few weeks ago.
 
Just wanted to put a comment in here, that I mis-read Alx note that when he went to pick up a check at VTL Vtrans that the guard at the gate was saying Power Groupe was bankrupt. I read it as VTL Vtrans being bankrupt, which apparently they are not as I just spoke to VTL today and all is ok.
Just thought I would put that note in, in case anyone else misreads it like I did.
 
Again to clarify

Power groupe shared a yard with UPS and VTL among others.

I had gone to VTL to pick up a check, who are still very much in business.
The guard at the security booth had mentionned that Power was bankrupt and their assets were beying removed from their former premises that day.
