i gave these folks a shipment to canmore alberta lat tuesday,it was supposed to deliver fri/sat or sun,still no sign of the driver,i get a call every now and then from jack brown the driver to say he's still broke down,and hoping he'll be up and running soon,then you don't hear from him for 24 hours.howard his dispatcher never returns your calls,,i now waiting for the dreaded extortion call.. anybody ever deal with these folks?
 
We had a problem with them 2 yrs ago. Not as serious as yours. They booked some freight from us and never picked-up or called to explain why. Another one for the "do not use list".
 
unfortunately i'm at that point where i have to kiss there ass till the freight gets delivered,,,,and then we go make a little visit.

finally delivered today,,one week late.soooooo when can i expect payment??? god i love truckin..

I am glad the shipment was delivered at least. I can't believe they would have the balls to ask when they can expect payment.....

I had dealing with that howard guy a couple of years ago on a load from Mass. to Alberta. Two days later the freight was still not oicked up and we had to scramble to find another carrier on a Friday. At least he picked yours up and delivered it....eventually.

Grizzley --- and Howard in particular -- have been on our do not use list for a couple of years. Howard has nasty habits like ... not telling the truth, not answering his phone, not telling the truth ... double brokering, not telling the truth .... did I mention that Howard has a problem with the truth?
