Just putting this out there to warn others to DNU.
False updates and makes excuses. They will do what they want with your shipment and do not follow instructions given.

Does anyone have any experiences with this carrier?

Good point... too late to find out now if the truck was even theirs lol. Could have been double brokered for sure.
