Greenway carriers/ Greenway logistics - Brampton

Last time we did a load for them was September 2021.

Took 120 days to pay. Lots of notes/emails they were difficult to get ahold of for payment after we delivered for Greenway Logistics.

120 days is unbelievable to me, I've worked here eight years and can't imagine any circumstance where anyone has been paid in 120 days, please give me the Greenway trip # and i will look into it. If I'm wrong I will send you a KEG gift card.

Is there anyway we can connect to your company ? looking for expanding our business.

Whoever TRC 604 is..........he's full of crap. His invoices were paid in 42 days and 31 days, I proved it to him but he doesn't have the professionalism to admit he was wrong. When someone says they got paid in 120 days that is a red flag, but when someone makes unfounded remarks like TRC 604 did and cant admit he was mistaken it says a lot about his unfiltered use of this forum.

Hi Old Guy,

We spoke about this matter a couple of weeks ago through private messages on this website. On my accounting records the only 2 shipments we did for you were paid at 52 and 120 days respectively. I'm not worried about the 52 day invoice but 120 days is a bit to wait. You'll note the shipment that was paid in 52 days was not included in my original comment. This website unfortunately will not allow me to copy+paste that onto here but that is what my records state.

Secondly, there appear to be other posts from other users in other threads in this site stating your payment terms are "longer than average", from my perspective. Another user stated that your firm pays "average 75 days, provided you stay on top of them".

Additionally, you said you had "proof" but never shared anything with me direct. Despite that you still felt the need to follow up on this forum with a post. As for who I am, I shared the details of my company with you in our private messages.

My post dated in February 2026 was based on the most recent shipment we covered for you which was over 5 years ago.

You also mentioned in your private messages that we did a good job on the shipments we did for you. As you stated to me in our private messages this forum is extremely important to vet out prospective carriers and brokers. I agree and I have received a lot of good information from my peers on this site about others in this industry therefore I feel is necessary to share my experiences.

Anyways, if you feel the need to follow up with this again please feel free to reach out. Have a nice day.

TRC I don’t need to hide behind private messages, you made a false accusation on this forum and I called you out because you are wrong. I said you did a good job on two loads because that a fact, does anyone want to mediate this situation? I would be glad to dig out the paperwork again.

I would suggest that TRC performs an actual investigation, rather than relying on dates likely entered manually by an employee. What if someone keyed in a wrong date somewhere?

52 and 120 are so drastically different, it's hard to believe. Firms are usually prompt or stringing vendors along. Which is it? Perhaps we'll never know...

Keep well,
Mike

Yep, and if the information is from 5 years ago, in the middle of COVID, based on two instances back then, the 120 may have been an outlier and not the norm.
Readers definitively need to read it thoroughly and fill in the gaps.

I can certainly do that. If I am wrong I will certainly apologize.

I agree, he should get his facts straight before slamming a company that pays on time.
